We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current. Farming is seasonal, and production and harvest availability change over time, so information may be updated without notice.

Photographs on this website show genuine Ha-Shem Farms crops and farm activity. They illustrate what we grow, and they do not represent current stock or quantity unless the produce is specifically presented under Fresh Harvest.

If something on this website appears inaccurate or unclear, please contact us so we can check it.

Fresh Harvest and availability

Fresh Harvest identifies the produce currently presented as available from Ha-Shem Farms. Other categories on this website describe crops that are growing or being established, and their presence on the site does not mean they are currently for sale.

Current quantity may change because of harvest timing, demand, weather, quality checks or other operational factors. Please confirm availability with us before relying on it.

Photographs do not guarantee quantity, size, grade or exact appearance.

Pricing

This website does not publish prices. Prices are supplied directly when you enquire, so that they reflect what is actually available at the time.

A price may vary with availability, quantity, season, packaging, delivery requirements or other legitimate factors relating to your order. A price is not final until we confirm it for your specific order.

Where taxes, packaging costs, delivery charges or any minimum quantity apply to an order, these will be communicated to you before the order is confirmed.

Orders

The order buttons on this website open a conversation with us on WhatsApp. You can also reach us by telephone or email. Selecting an order or WhatsApp button does not by itself create a confirmed order.

An enquiry becomes an order only once Ha-Shem Farms confirms and the Parties (“Ha-Shem Farms” and “you”) have agreed on the product, quantity, price and any collection or delivery arrangements that apply.

Please check those confirmation details before proceeding, and tell us straight away if anything does not match what you expected.

Payment

The current Ha-Shem Farms website does not process online payments. There is no checkout, no payment page and no card processing on this site.

Any payment method, timing or instructions applicable to an order will be communicated directly as part of the order confirmation process.

Delivery and collection

Whether delivery or collection is available depends on the specific order. Where relevant, the applicable location, timing and any charges will be communicated to you before an order is confirmed.

Any timing indication given for delivery or collection is an estimate unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.

You shall inspect the Products upon delivery or collection and promptly notify Ha-Shem Farms of any shortage, damage, incorrect delivery, or material defect.

Upon successful delivery of the Products to you or your authorised representative, responsibility for the Products shall pass to you. You shall thereafter be responsible for the proper storage, handling, transportation, preservation, and use of the Products, as well as any risks arising from such possession or use.

Fresh produce

Fresh agricultural produce naturally varies in size, shape, colour and appearance. Product photographs are representative and may not exactly match every item supplied.

Fresh produce is perishable and should be stored and handled appropriately after collection or delivery.

If you have a concern about the quality or condition of produce supplied, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can review it while the circumstances can still be assessed.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because fresh produce is perishable, cancellation, return or refund arrangements may depend on the circumstances of the order, including whether produce has already been harvested, packed, dispatched or delivered.

If there is a problem with an order, contact Ha-Shem Farms as soon as reasonably possible so the issue can be reviewed.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Nigerian consumer-protection law.

Business and bulk orders

Restaurants, supermarkets, retailers, hospitality companies, resellers and other businesses are welcome to enquire about bulk supply.

Quantity, specification, pricing, delivery and other commercial terms may be agreed separately for a business order. Any such agreed terms apply in addition to these website Terms.

Using this website

When using this website, please do not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the website;
• misuse website content in a way that infringes rights belonging to Ha-Shem Farms Limited or to others.
